The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, has fixed a general stakeholders’ meeting for Monday, 1st July.
In a statement, the Chairman of the Commission, Justice ADOLPHUS ENEBELI, said the meeting was fixed at the RSIEC Headquarters on Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
The statement notes that the meeting that will be held by 10.00am will unveil the time-table and guidelines for the 2024 Local Government Elections in the State.
The document adds that all leaders of all registered Political Parties, Traditional Rulers, Security Agencies as well as Religious Organizations and the Media are invited.
